Advantages of ion nitriding
Ion nitriding treatment can obtain a controllable dense nitriding layer on the surface of the screw, which not only has better wear resistance than the same material after gas nitriding, but also significantly improves wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Ion nitriding can effectively control the size and deformation of the workpiece through the nitriding process, especially the straightness of the screw. The surface hardness reaches HV≥900, and the brittleness is level 1.
The degree of ion nitriding can obtain a veinless, brittle and extremely loose structure through the process, especially the initial hardness gradient decreases slowly, which effectively improves the product performance.
38CrMoAl ion nitriding + electroplating, the wear resistance and corrosion resistance are significantly improved.
