1. The PICK UP machines are equipped with a multi-axis CNC control. Depending upon the application,
up to 6 axes work inlinkage.
2. Whirling, end/peripheral/hob milling and thread cutting operations can be carried out on one machine.
3. The machine is configured and designed in a way specially for the economical manufacture of plastic injection screws, extrusion screws and other complex workpieces in one single setup.
4. It uses WeinCAD SCREW DESIGNER software and tools for quick and accurate product programming and design.
