With nitriding furnaces adopting advanced automatic integrated technology, and multi-functional constant-temperature quenching system, we achieve the whole-process real-time monitoring and supervision of the heat treatment systems, available for slat bath, gas nitriding, nitrocarburizing, ionic nitriding, tempering, normalizing, annealing, aging, high-frequency quenching, intermediate frequency quenching, etc.
We have built an Inspection & Test Center with various types of testing equipment, capable of testing the metallographic phase, mechanical property, intermediate shock property, chemical composition, Rockwell hardness, Brinell Hardness, Shore hardness, Vickers hardness, Leeb hardness, micro-hardness and Ultrasonic hardnes of the products.
We also have a strong technical team specializing in heat treatment process, composed of several senior engineers, engineers and professional detection and analysis personnel, capable of inspecting and analyzing the quality of various types of heat treatment processes.
