CNC Screw Grinding Machine
The imported CNC screw grinding machine is a human-oriented machine specially used to grind the screws. It consists of four axes in different directions and one grinding wheel spindle. The CNC control system is designed referring to the FS18iTCNC and high-speed high-accuracy special servo system developed by Fanuc Company, and is capable of flexibly designing the grinding parameters as per requirements by employing four servo axes.
The data input and manipulation can be seamlessly integrated with the computer database through digit control system, including the number of spiral grooves and grinding times; such data can be properly managed and saved without application of external computers. Through this machine, we can also flexibly modify the screw grinding data and finish the standard screw shape.
